PRODUCT RETURNS

Basic conditions


Product returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date the sales document is issued.

Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original packaging and has not been used.

The process of returning any product should always be done in consultation with the customer service department of Nextshop.gr

Return terms

In cases of any mistake through the fault of Nextshop.gr that concerns your order, a full refund policy applies.

In case no error occurs from Nextshop.gr, the amount corresponding to the value of the products is refunded, while the shipping and return costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

If you accidentally receive a product near (3 months before the expiration date) or last date, a full refund or replacement policy applies immediately.

In case of defective product covered by warranty, it is replaced in consultation of the customer with the company that provides the validity of the warranty.

We would like to point out that for all our shipments we make sure the packaging is the best possible so that our customers’ products are transported with the greatest possible safety and in excellent condition. However, in some cases the parcels may be damaged during the transport and in these cases there may be delays in the service as a new shipment will have to be launched by our company.

Please note that although we make sure that all products are wrapped with a special protective material when placed on the parcels, the packaging may be damaged during transport. In these cases and as long as the product to be used has not been damaged or damaged, it is not replaced. In the event that the product to be used reaches the recipient visibly damaged due to poor transport or pressure to such an extent that it can not be used, our company will proceed to its immediate replacement.

In all cases where it is agreed between the customer and Nextshop.gr to make a refund, this is done within 20 days from the day of the agreement. In cases where the order has been paid by cash on delivery or by bank deposit, you must inform one of our representatives by phone or send us via email the account to which you want the deposit to be made. If the payment was made using a credit card, the return will be made electronically to the credit card. This process is completed within 5-6 working days.

In case the order is made by issuing an invoice, any return of products is made by issuing a delivery note.

Order cancellation

When you place your order through our website or by phone, you can cancel it at any time as long as it has not been delivered to the Courier company in order for it to be delivered to you.

Return Procedure & Ways

You can send us the product following the procedure below. First you pack the product (or products) in the box in which you received your order. Inside the package you place a document in which you inform us how you wish to resolve the financial backlog. Finally send the parcel, in any way you wish to the address of the store.

 

If the product you received turns out to be defectivetest , or if it does not meet the advertised appearance or function, and as long as the legal guarantee is still valid, nextshop.gr bears the responsibility. In some countries this may also apply to the manufacturer or importer.

Remedy can be requested under the legal guarantee provided by EU law if a product:

  • δεν αντιστοιχεί στην περιγραφή του προϊόντος
  • έχει διαφορετικά χαρακτηριστικά από το μοντέλο της διαφήμισης ή από αυτό που δείξαμε στον πελάτη
  • είναι ακατάλληλο για τον επιδιωκόμενο σκοπό– είτε για τον οποίο χρησιμοποιούνται γενικά τα προϊόντα αυτού του τύπου, είτε για τον οποίο ο πελάτης το παρήγγειλε και εμείς δεχθήκαμε
  • δεν έχει την ποιότητα και τις επιδόσεις που έχουν κανονικά τα προϊόντα αυτού του τύπου
  • δεν έγινε σωστά η εγκατάσταση – είτε από εμάς, είτε από τον πελάτη, εξαιτίας ελλιπών οδηγιών εγκατάστασης.

The customer has the right to request one of the following free of charge (shipping costs, labor, materials, etc.):

  • επιδιόρθωση του προϊόντος
  • αντικατάσταση του προϊόντος
  • μείωση της τιμής
  • ακύρωση της σύμβασης και πλήρη επιστροφή του ποσού που κατέβαλε (σε ορισμένες χώρες η σύμβαση πώλησης δεν μπορεί να ακυρωθεί αν το ελάττωμα του προϊόντος δεν είναι σημαντικό (π.χ. γρατζούνισμα σε θήκη CD).
